Many of our clients are housebound due to long term health conditions. Most of them suffer from arthritic conditions with aches, pains and mobility issues. So, we ensure that we provide accessibility for those people who have restricted mobility.

We would like to offer all 150 clients a year this service.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Grace Organisation specialises in services for older people/vulnerable adults. Our services help those living with dementia, strokes, heart conditions and diabetes amongst many others. It also helps to alleviate isolation for this client group as many live alone. The service currently operates Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am to 5pm. Our minibuses provide much needed transportation for our clients to and from their homes as many of our clients are housebound.
