Mindset Matters – Mental Health Programme for Schools
Mindset Matters is a targeted mental health and wellbeing programme delivered in schools across Gloucestershire. It equips young people with the tools, confidence, and resilience to manage mental health challenges, build emotional wellbeing, and develop life skills for the future. Our Vision: We aim to expand Mindset Matters to more schools across Gloucestershire, reaching young people in areas where access to mental health support is limited.
Key Stage 2 children in Gloucestershire schools will benefit by building resilience, confidence, and mental wellbeing, gaining coping skills, engaging in creative activities, and being inspired by Cheltenham Town FC players.
The wider community benefits as children with improved mental wellbeing foster safer, more resilient schools and neighbourhoods, while awareness of mental health spreads, encouraging positive attitudes and supportive environments across Gloucestershi
