Housing - supported homes for life. Starting with our first home in Hampshire, we aim eventually to provide a nationwide network of Hammersley Homes.
Our first Home will provide a home for life for 3 residents
We are working towards opening our first Hammersley Home in Hampshire, to provide a supported home for life, for vulnerable adults who suffer from enduring mental illness and struggle to live independently. We aim to enrich their lives with friendship, security and safety, and with 24/7 support, keep them out of hospital and away from the criminal justice system, while at the same time reducing the pressure on our public services - NHS, mental health wards, Police, Courts and Prisons.
