New Ways Malaria prevention nets in Turkana, northern Kenya
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Help prevent the spread of malaria in rural, remote Kenya by providing nets that will on average last at least 2 years. Malaria, which is more prevalent than HIV/AIDS in Africa, and other mosquito-borne diseases, can be avoided through the provision of quality mosquito nets that prevents mosquito bites for adults and children at night. These are cost effective, last a long time, are eco-friendly and are especially crucial in lowering the mortality rate caused by mosquito-borne diseases.
