Bring together communities of all backgrounds and celebrate the impact of Caribbean culture in Welsh society. Young people access dance, drama, music, digital arts and creative event production, leading to performance, leadership & paid work

Through the planning/organising of the following events (UC Reggae & Riddim festival, R&R official Launch event) and the many workshops and mini-events leading up to the 2024 UC R&R festival, young people will have the opportunity to engage in new forms of training and be educated in our rich Caribbean culture, combining art, dance and music. The events will be used as a medium which will ultimately raise a young person’s confidence and self-esteem by being involved and empowered.
