to enable Carers to have time out and enjoy themselves

Project Activities

  • Carers Question Time with prospective Senedd candidates

  • Gentle exercise to improve health and wellbeing

  • Fun activities eg crafting for Christmas

  • A meal for Carers to socialise and come together away from their caring responsibilities
