Providing opportunities for unpaid Carers to come together for information, to learn new activities and socialise with other Carers.

  • Carers Question Time with prospective Senedd candidates

  • Gentle exercise to improve health and wellbeing

  • Fun activities eg crafting for Christmas

  • A meal for Carers to socialise and come together away from their caring responsibilities
