Young people aged 11-25 who are mostly at-risk of criminal exploitation / involvement in the criminal justice system. We prioritise support for boys from BAME communities, as evidence suggests they are more vulnerable to being coerced into crime.
11-25s reached annually via mentoring/employment support.
We help young people through: 1. Intensive mentoring and coaching sessions that support and challenge young people, helping them to overcome challenges and barriers in their lives. Developing resistance and the mindset to make better choices and help them manage trauma. 2. Improving key employability skills such as team-work, problem solving and resilience. 3. Providing practical support to improve access to employment such as CV writing and job sourcing.
Via a programme of sports, music, mentoring, schools work.
