This project is designed to support all adults in accessing volunteering and training opportunities, with a particular focus on individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to develop their skills and experience to support future careers
This will be through our various volunteering opportunities
This volunteering project will support adults who are currently unemployed due to mental health challenges or who are seeking to build experience and skills to future employment. This trauma-informed programme offers a safe and supportive environment where individuals can build confidence and gain practical experience towards their personal and professional goals. Volunteers will benefit from volunteer placements, 1:1 employment mentoring and access to a range of training opportunities.
We would recruit this many volunteers if funded for 1 year.
