ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The DRI Triton is a state -of-the-art piece of Ophthaimic equipment that will vastly improve the care that Hampshire Hospitals can provide to patients with eye diseases, specifically those with retinal disorders, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes and rheumatoid conditions. Activity goals

Better high quality scans can be produced with the DRI OCT Triton.

These scans will allow Winchester hospital to set up and run a virtual clinic with better diagnosis.

Patients will be able to be seen locally rather than have to travel to Southampton hospital.
