The HVA supports people with genital herpes giving physical/psychological advice. (And shingles, but that's a different project.) Once they are diagnosed they seek out help. Our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts help - speaking on our helpline and having an 'email conversation' for personal advice and help is popular. So the sooner they find us, the sooner they can get the help they need. Our website got 435,000 unique visitors last year - we want to update it to reach more.
