Building Extension - Galley/Female Toilets
With improved facilities we would be able to offer the Biggleswade Unit building to the Western District/Eastern Area sea cadet units for residential courses, making best use of the building, but also extending the reach of skills training.
Up to and beyond 400 if Eastern Area use
When we have weekend courses at the Unit our galley (kitchen) is adequate, but could be so much better fitted out if the space wasn't a small space with a built on lean-too. Also the female toilets do not have a shower - we have to do some supervised swapping of toilet spaces with the males to use theirs. Between these two spaces is an inner courtyard which would be perfect for extending both of these spaces to improve both areas facilities.
Up to and beyond 400 if Eastern Area use
