Empowering Employability
Our project will reach 400 young people, delivering YE's proven programmes to build job-ready skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. We’ll work closely with local employers and schools to create direct pathways into employment through work experience placements, mentoring, and employer-led challenges. We’ll support young people facing barriers such as low income, limited networks, or special educational needs, providing tailored guidance to boost their confidence and aspirations. Our approach strengthens the local economy by expanding access to real job opportunities and fostering entrepreneurial skills. We’ll demonstrate increased employability and progression into employment.
120-400 young people living in socio-economically disadvantaged communities will benefit from this project. They will access networks and become aware of careers and employers they wouldn't otherwise encounter.
Across 4 schools, reaching 100 in each location
YE's programmes reach 600k young people each year UK wide
