Orchard Trust OrchardFest Volunteers Needed
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our accessible music festival, OrchardFest, returns on 15th August, and we’re looking for volunteers to help. From car‑parking marshals and stall helpers to ticket desk support, site prep, and post‑event tidy‑ups, there’s a role for everyone. Volunteer slots available: • Thurs 13th Aug – site prep (9am–3pm) • Fri 14th Aug – site prep (9am–3pm) • Sat 15th Aug – site prep (9am–1pm) • Sat 15th Aug – event time (2pm–10:30pm) • Sun 16th Aug – clear‑up (10am–2pm) • Mon 17th Aug – clear‑up (10am–2pm)

Project Outcome Targets

With festival volunteers, we want to provide a fantastic festival experience for all participants.

With the help of volunteers, we will be able to keep our site clean.

Volunteers also have a wonderful time celebrating the summer.
