Orchard Trust Summer Fair Volunteers Needed
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our Summer Fair is happening Sunday 5th July, and we’re looking for friendly helpers to support the event. From car‑parking marshals and stall helpers to ticket desk support, site prep, and post‑event tidy‑ups, there’s a role for everyone. Volunteer slots available: • Fri 3rd July – site prep (9am–3pm) • Sun 5th July – site prep (9am–1pm) • Sun 5th July – event time (1pm–4pm) • Mon 6th July – clear‑up (10am–2pm)

    We provide people with disabilities a platform to enjoy a community experience that is fully accessible.

  • Artists & cultural participants

    We support local artists.

  • Community

    The community and wider public are welcome.

  • Number of beneficiaries - 150

    We are aiming for minimum 150 Summer fair participants.

Project Outcome Targets

We want to provide a fantastic fair experience for all participants.

With the help of volunteers, we will be able to keep our site clean.

Volunteers also have a wonderful time celebrating the summer.

  • Volunteers can bring additional expertise that we don't have in-house.
