Wellbeing for Duffryn
The project will facilitate a series of courses and workshops to support mental health, wellbeing, and develop confidence in Duffryn, Newport. Course and workshop subjects will focus on creative and outdoor activities, confidence building and wellbeing, through a health and wellbeing pathway. This could lead to volunteering, employment or further education opportunities. The project will aim to engage Duffryn residents who are not currently accessing learning opportunities.
Adults and young people aged 16+ living in Duffryn who are not currently accessing learning opportunities.
