Children and young people residing in the Duffryn area will have the opportunity to engage in free physical outdoor play and informal learning activities which have been found to enhance wellbeing, physical health and resilience.

The activity will provide playful physical activities & wellbeing opportunities for children and young people. Research has shown that being outside in a rich environment builds resilience and community cohesion. The project will link with other initiatives in the Duffryn area to enhance children's holistic development while providing the mechanism for parents and carers to access information which enables them to develop skills which improve physical and mental wellbeing of their children.
