This project will benefit children, young people, adults with disabilities, older people, and those living with dementia. By promoting mindfulness, connection, and outdoor engagement, it supports mental wellbeing and social inclusion for all ages.
Reaching all ages, including children and older adults.
We’re launching a pilot project using outdoor spaces to support wellbeing across all ages and abilities—from children to older adults, including those with dementia. Through nature-based activities like games, quizzes, mindfulness, and small-space gardening, we’ll promote connection, mental health, and community engagement. Held in local green spaces, gardens, and residential areas, the project will explore which activities create the most positive impact for future development.
We hope to reach many of our community members.
