PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We’re launching a pilot project using outdoor spaces to support wellbeing across all ages and abilities—from children to older adults, including those with dementia. Through nature-based activities like games, quizzes, mindfulness, and small-space gardening, we’ll promote connection, mental health, and community engagement. Held in local green spaces, gardens, and residential areas, the project will explore which activities create the most positive impact for future development.
