Project Activities

  • Online skincare activity promoting selfcare with items provided in advance by The Shine Project

  • Online session exploring how the media influences how we feel about ourselves and our body image

  • Online session discussing eating disorders, and the importance of healthy eating

  • Online activity in physical exercise to highlight the importance of activity on mental health

  • Delivery of goody bags weekly to each participant for activities as part of online shine session
