ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Thrive has been specifically designed for young people who identify as male. It is an early intervention 7-week wellbeing course. Thrive explores subjects closely related to physical and mental health for up to 12 people. Areas covered include building self-acceptance, identifying healthy masculinity, understanding mental health, gaming and social media usage, grooming, healthy relations, positive communication, respect, managing strong emotions, bullying, healthy eating and exercise benefits.
