PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Empowering older adults in Newport through weekly wellbeing hubs, eco-activities, and cultural workshops. We want to tackle loneliness, build resilience, and reduce barriers to inclusion, supporting a thriving, confident community of older people. Our programme supporting older adults in Newport to age well through inclusive, locally delivered activities. From eco-awareness to cultural storytelling and confidence-building, the project supports independence, wellbeing, and stronger communties.
