PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for reading volunteers to give one hour a week to go into a local primary school to help children who are struggling with reading, confidence and self-esteem. Our Employee Volunteer Scheme asks employers to give their staff one hour a week to go into a school and inspire children to love reading and develop skills for life.

Beneficiaries

    Children benefit from 1:1 reading sessions, sharing stories and playing games, and also building their own confidence and social skills.

    We have lots of schools on our waiting list for more help!
