Our Wish Fund campaign helps create magical memories for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. Hywel Dda Health Charities has partnered with Scarlets Rugby to deliver the campaign which gives children and young people and their families the opportunity to enjoy experiences which can be remembered forever.
