Insulated Blinds
Old people frequently use Cwtsh and they have great difficulty drawing the current blinds which do not insulate anyway.
Users with disabilities also have great difficuilty in dawing the current non-insulating blinds.
Cwtsh provides art and community facilities for a wide area
Insulated motorised blinds for ceiling lantern windows in ceiling of Cwtsh to drastically reduce heat loss. Electricity bills are currenly very high and difficult to sustain due to the current configuration of an old building which when built focused more on aesthetics than thermal efficiency. An energy survey recommended looking at heat loss, particularly of these lantern windows. before considering boiler replacement or secondary glazing of other windows.
Difficult to quantify as Cwtsh provides varied facilities
