    The project will be aimed at individuals within low income or socio economic deprived areas. The provision will be allinged to our existing offers which are fully inclusive and adaptable to meet the individual needs of the user.

    20 people across 6-8 sessions per week - 30 weeks.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Newport Live is seeking funding to widen access to community focused health and fitness provision, targetted at econmincally challenged residents. The provision would aim to expand one of our current programmes to increase the opportuntiy and places available to access high quaity, strucutured provision on a weekly basis. This would be acheived through the relocation of provision to a larger venue but also improve access to equipment through self powered options.

  • Establish female only session and social space at key times each week.

  • Establish open and accessabile fitness provision at key times each week.

  • Creation of social communities linked to designated groups and wider programming

  • Provision of additional health and wellbeing advice and guidence
