Young children who are primarily home educated due to reasons such as low self esteem and poor mental health who do not have access to physical education as a result. We will create a safe space where they are not judged on physical abilities.
Adults who suffer with poor mental health and wellbeing, who feel isolated due to breakdown in family relationships due to poor mental health and reasons such as alcoholism. This group now provides these people with confidence and a community feel.

Using sport and physical activity as a tool to engage and support individuals struggling with poor mental health and wellbeing. We have delivered an over 18s sport and support session for a number of years providing beneficial support to adults in need and a place where they feel safe and have a sense of belonging. We would like to continue growing and developing this session and introduce an equivalent offer for under 18s.
