ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Mermaids helpline is open 9am-9pm Monday-Friday offering information and emotional support to transgender, non-binary and gender diverse young people, their families and professionals. Operators can be contacted by freephone or via our web chat, which is especially popular with younger service users. Mermaids provides a supportive, judgement free space for young people to talk about what's on their mind and for parents who may have no-where else to turn to for information.
