Creating an Opportunity placement in London for a young care leaver. Supporting the young person over one year with mental health and wellbeing, life skills and an supported Opportunity placement, which reduces all barriers to accessing the workplace.

Rise time three times a week to support personal well being leading to improved mental health

Reducing barriers and developing the belief, experience and motivation to gain employment

Mentorship to increase student confidence and self value enabling positive self boundaries

  • The Opportunity Placement - development of soft and hard workplace skills for care leavers

  • Business Mentor - Weekly Role model and guidance and next steps support

  • Rise Mentor - Daily support at the workplace and structured Rise time throughout the week

  • Intervention - wellbeing and mentorship to support care leavers to live safe lives
