ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Changes Bristol hold peer support groups online throughout the week. These groups are designed as a safe space for people in mental health distress to speak freely and without judgement about any problems that they may have. Our groups are free and you don't need to have a diagnosis or referral to join. Groups are accessible including groups for men only, women only, women of colour and individuals who identify as LGBTQ+
