ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

We have devised Wild Teaching to help primary schools take learning into their grounds and local parks and local woodlands, to enrich the curriculum and support health and wellbeing. We provide training, workshops and resources with the aim of boosting teachers skills and confidence to embed nature into the curriculum. We are proud members of the Institute of Outdoor Learning. We are also Quality Badge holders from the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom.

Activity Actions

  • Outdoor improvements: pond creation, wildflower areas, bird feeding areas, tree planting, re-wilding

  • Downloadable learning packs, tips and helpful hacks for funding outdoor learning at your school

  • Deliver outdoor activities designed to get you and your children into the great outdoors

  • Offer initial audits / consultations, then face to face teacher training and outdoor facilitation

  • Provide Forest School training to teachers, as we are Level 3 trained Forest School Leaders
