PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The programme, based on successful previous delivery, aims to increase the self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience of project participants from three marginalised groups. We will work with disabled, people who have experienced racism including a group of unemployed people. The experience will enable personal development and confidence to pursue opportunities for themselves and within their organisations.

  • Specially designed person-centred interactive workshops

  • Masterclasses by speakers with similar lived experience to the participants
