The programme, based on successful previous delivery, aims to increase the self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience of project participants from three marginalised groups. We will work with disabled, people who have experienced racism including a group of unemployed people. The experience will enable personal development and confidence to pursue opportunities for themselves and within their organisations.

The above funders, contributed 70% of the funds for the pilot run in January-March 2021.
Grants received for other projects (not Level Best) plus earned income (social enterprise).
