ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Promoting and marketing unique opportunity for senior or specialist people to mentor mainly frontline staff from social housing sector to progress their careers. Two thirds of mentees on flagship national programme, identify as female and upto a third as Black or from a minority ethnic group. Recruitment and development of equality, diversity and inclusion aware colleagues to deliver upto 5 or 6 x 1 to 1 mentoring sessions over a 9 month period. Co-production of end of programme celebration

Successfully support 150 employees' completion of HDN's Staff Mentoring Programme

Retain 70% of staff mentors for the next programme

Fund the production of a national end of programme celebration of mentoring extravaganza
