ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Life can be tough. And young people encounter a variety of daily challenges that have the potential to impact their wellbeing - from balancing education and a social life, to anxiety about the future, finding their first job, pressures from social media and so much more... ...It can be a real challenge navigating life in the 21 st century and at Sapphire WellBeing Academy, it is our passionate desire to ensure no young person feels alone on their journey.

Activity goals

Support at least 100 young people every year, with counselling, funding & bursaries, health, etc

Respond to the dynamic needs of young people by continuously developing our service offerings

Seeing young people go from a state of simply surviving to actually thriving

Activity Actions

  • Counselling and Mentoring: supporting young people’s mental health journey by sponsoring them

  • Cook and Chill: small group workshops, focusing on health, nutrition and fitness.

  • SWA Fair: bespoke fair hosted by Sapphire WellbeingAcademy, dedicated to showcasing wellbeing

  • Christmas Food Drops : donate food parcels to members of the community facing homelessness.

  • SWA’s ‘Be’ Project: visit housing associations for young people with beauty, grooming and wellbeing
