Being part of a SuperSquad equips teenagers with essential skills to navigate an ever-evolving world. Fostering creativity and problem-solving abilities, it empowers them to shape their future, encouraging adaptability and entrepreneurial thinking.
By empowering teens with innovative thinking, we pave the way for transformative advancements that address societal needs, creating a brighter and more sustainable future for all.
In 2023 we worked with almost 3000 young people in the UK.
A supersquad is a group of 100 teenagers aged between 13-18 years old. Each squad is run in partnership with corporates and other organisations who set a real-life challenge for the Squad to work on. This allows these organisations to harness the creativity of young people and future-proof their businesses, whilst giving teenagers the opportunity to learn innovation and helping to give them the confidence and skills needed to bring their ideas to life.
In 2024 we are looking to increase this substantially.
We have an Impact Advisory board that reviews every cohort of students.
