PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are an Ed-Tech and Social Enterprise fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among young people. Our mission is to create a generation of trained innovators and entrepreneurs to solve the world's biggest problems. Our flagship programme, SuperSquad, offers 6-week paid work experiences for 13-19-year-olds, helping organisations harness young people's creativity and future-proof their businesses. To date, we've trained 5,000 young people, injecting £330k into the teenage economy.

    Our activities specifically target young people aged 13–19, particularly those from underrepresented or economically disadvantaged backgrounds, equipping them with real-world work experience, entrepreneurial skills, and access to career opportunities
