Newport teenagers will be paid up to £160 for 24hrs of work. Gain essential 21st-century skills not taught in school. Get a level of work experience not available via in-person schemes. Boost their employability, confidence & self-worth.
Newport City and the local community and culture will benefit from the 100s of insights and ideas generated from the project for ways to boost local culture. By paying the teens directly for their time they will in turn boost the local economy.
Direct work experience with up to £16,000 paid out to teens.

A paid work experience consisting of 100 teenagers recruited directly from Newport, aged between 13-18, all working on our digital eDoing platform to answer a Culturally relevant question for Newport City and their local community using our step-by-step methodology. They gain 21st century skills, confidence, and improved employability, generate valuable insights & perspectives for Newport City, and have a direct social impact buy putting money into the local economy, from their pay.
