ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Get Active is a new opportunity for adults with learning disabilities to join an inclusive weekly, community based, sport and dance activity. The project will introduce a range of sport and dance activities to increase engagement, break down barriers, encourage participation and foster inclusion whilst improving health and wellbeing. The sessions will be wide ranging and adaptable to suit all abilities and will include Boccia, Zumba, Circuits, Yoga, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Football, plus many mor
