We're working to make the world a safer place by supporting people at risk of offending; empowering them to access greater opportunities and achieve their full potential. Our holistic approach equips individuals with the necessary tools, opportunities, and understanding to thrive and tackle challenges head-on. United in our mission, we aim to foster lasting change and create a society that values acceptance, compassion, and empathy.

We support people with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System to get their lives back onto a productive track. This includes tackling existing barriers and obstacles, and teaching them employability and life skills.

To enable ex-offenders to actively navigate the jobs market

To enable ex-offender to disclose confidently yet humbly to an employer

To enable ex-offenders to understand their conviction and their legal obligations around disclosure

To support ex-offenders find supportive employers who will give them a chance
