Project Activities

  • 120+ point review of your company's "current reality".

  • Stakeholder review of current reality vs where you'd like to be in the future.

  • Review of company policies, procedures, and safeguarding. Ensuring the safety of the business.

  • Initial production and review of the blueprint.

  • Onboarding Offploy to support in making your blueprint a reality.
