Reuse of laptops is vital to preserve the Earth's precious resources. We track the CO2, H2O, Chemical and critical rare earth material benefits of both reuse and recycling
Housholders and SMEs are vulnerable to cyber crime due to a lack of available or affordable data erasures services. We ensure that every data-bearing device is securely erased before we do anything else.
Charities and local authorities can refer people they are supporting to Tech-Takeback for a free laptop; enabling the charity to provide online support and enabling the individual to access education, employment, other services.
People are digitally excluded for a wide range of reasons. We offer free laptops and training to anyone who doesn’t have access to a laptop or PC at home, and who can demonstrate significant or urgent need for a device.

We aim to divert 26 tonnes of reusable tech from prematurely becoming e-waste, supporting digital inclusion and environmental sustainability. We will do this by: - doorstep business and household collections - pop-up collection events and drop boxes - secure data erasure of all data-bearing devices - repair and refurbishment of reuseable devices - reuse to support digital inclusion - disassembly of unusable devices for parts, resource recovery and responsible recycling - ESE impact measurement
