The Baxter Project is an award winning, trauma-informed, animal-assisted, early intervention that break down barriers for vulnerable young people. By combining trained practitioners with companion animals, we create safe spaces where young people can build trust, regulate emotions, and re-engage with learning. Our goal is to reduce exclusions, boost wellbeing, and equip children with the resilience and skills they need for brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
