Create to Cope
create to Cope is a creative mental health project supporting young people aged 12–18 through art, journaling, and guided group expression. Designed for those facing anxiety, isolation, or low confidence, the program offers a safe, inclusive space to explore emotions and build resilience. By blending creativity with wellbeing tools, we aim to reduce mental health stigma and help participants develop healthy, lasting coping strategies.
Young people aged 12–18, especially those experiencing anxiety, low confidence, or social isolation, will benefit from safe, creative spaces that support emotional expression, build resilience, and promote mental well-being through art.
Young people from ethnic and racial minority backgrounds will benefit from culturally inclusive creative sessions that support mental well-being self-expression, and identity exploration, helping to address barriers they may face in accessing support
The wider community will benefit through improved youth wellbeing, reduced isolation, and stronger connections between young people and local support networks.
Our wider reach—including families, schools, local partners.
We aim to directly support young people aged 14–18 years.
We aim to reach 700 young people
