H.E.A.L. - Henrie's Empowerment for Awareness and Life Bridge to Healthcare Careers: Removing barriers, building skills, creating careers.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

**Bridge to Healthcare Careers** is a 12-month employability programme delivered by H.E.A.L. to support 40 people facing barriers to employment in Bath and North East Somerset. The project provides one to one mentoring, confidence building, employability workshops, healthcare careers guidance, accredited training, CV and interview support, and employer engagement. Participants will gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress into volunteering, apprenticeships, further education or sustainable healthcare employment, helping build a diverse and inclusive local healthcare workforce.
