PROJECT DESCRIPTION

StepForward is a community-focused training initiative by Avgee, designed to support unemployed individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through targeted soft skills development, Agile methodology, and project management training, the project builds confidence, improves job readiness, and creates pathways to sustainable employment. StepForward empowers participants to thrive in today’s workforce while contributing to stronger, more inclusive communities.

Project Activities

  • Deliver interactive workshops on soft skills, Agile methods, and project management.

  • Offer ongoing support and mentoring to help participants apply skills in real-life jobs.
