Duffryn Recovery & Wellbeing Exercise Session
This project will deliver a specialist exercise session at Duffryn Community Centre for adults managing long-term physical or mental health conditions, including those recovering from surgery. The session will provide a safe, supportive and accessible environment to improve physical wellbeing, rebuild confidence and reduce isolation. Many participants face barriers to activity, including low confidence, poor health or disengagement from services. This intervention offers an early step back into movement, routine and community participation, supporting wider pathways into wellbeing and independence.
