Duffryn Fitness : Exercise Class Duffryn Recovery & Wellbeing Exercise Session
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project will deliver a specialist exercise session at Duffryn Community Centre for adults managing long-term physical or mental health conditions, including those recovering from surgery. The session will provide a safe, supportive and accessible environment to improve physical wellbeing, rebuild confidence and reduce isolation.
