Providing up to date equipment to give all participants to have the opportunity to engage in boxing activities, tackling barriers due to finances and individuals purchasing equipment themselves such as gloves and skipping ropes
We currently have approximately 90 members.
Providing an up to date space for people to improve mental health through boxing and fitness. Engaging in boxing releases endorphins, neurotransmitters that act as natural mood lifters. Regular participation in boxing activities can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety by promoting feelings of happiness and well-being. Our club would like to improve to provide services to people in Newport by purchasing up to date equipment and replace broken equipment.
