    Our themed educational mental health and the creative day will empower young people to know more about mental health, and how to seek support without feeling ashamed. This will boost confidence and build peer support and empathy among young people.

    Our chat forum for the elderly will create a safe space where elderly people can share their lived experiences, and assist them learn and unlearn cultural and religious myths about mental health. This will tackle isolation and vulnerability.

  • The General Public / Mankind

    The Mental Health Awareness Day will contribute to promoting a better understanding of mental health and well-being, tackling biases, and stigma associated with it.

Swift Care Services Ltd presents CultureMinds UK. The project will host a four-series event addressing mental health issues within the ethnic minority communities in Newport, Wales. Through the following: 1. Establish a mental health club for African men 2. Host mental health awareness day, featuring speaking sessions, & performances. 3. Host a themed mental health educational & creative day for young people 4. Host a chat forum for elderly people to demystify the myth about mental health
