Youth Sound Mentors: Music, Mentorship & Creative Skills for Change
Children and young people aged 13–25 in Newport will benefit through free access to music mentoring, skill-building, and creative expression. The project supports well-being, builds confidence, and offers a safe space to develop talent.
Young people from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds will benefit through culturally inclusive mentoring that values their identity, encourages self-expression, and provides access to opportunities often lacking in mainstream creative programs.
Young people with disabilities will benefit from an inclusive, accessible program that supports creative expression, builds confidence, and offers tailored mentoring in a safe, supportive environment that values diverse abilities and participation.
