PROJECT DESCRIPTION

youth Sound Mentors is an 8-week creative mentoring programme for young people in Newport. It pairs local musicians and producers with youth participants to develop music production, DJing, and songwriting skills. The project builds confidence, reduces isolation, and offers a positive outlet for self-expression, ending with a youth-led performance that celebrates creativity, culture, and personal growth.
