GREEN RHYTHM Healthcare Futures: Pathways to Employment
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Healthcare Futures: Pathways to Employment** supports young people and adults facing barriers to employment to explore careers in health and social care. Through employability workshops, mentoring, CV and interview support, employer insight sessions and career guidance, participants will build confidence, develop workplace skills and gain a clear understanding of healthcare career pathways. Working with Identity Quality Care Ltd, a CQC registered healthcare Agency the project provides direct employe,r engagement and progression opportunities, helping participants move towards training, recruitment and sustainable employment in the healthcare sector.

Beneficiaries

  • Children / Young People

    Young people aged 18–25 who are exploring careers in healthcare and need confidence, employability skills and guidance to access training and employment.

  • Unemployed

    Adults who are unemployed or economically inactive and require practical support, employability training and employer connections to enter the healthcare sector.

  • Adults

    Adults seeking to start or change careers into health and social care, including those with limited work experience or who need additional support to become job-ready.

  • Marginalised or vulnerable groups

    People from disadvantaged or underrepresented communities facing barriers to employment, who will benefit from tailored support to build confidence and progress towards healthcare careers.

  • People Of A Particular Ethnic Or Racial Origin

    People from Black, Asian and other ethnically diverse communities who may face barriers to employment, including limited access to opportunities, networks or career guidance, and who wish to pursue careers in health and social care.

  • People with Disabilities

    People with physical, learning or hidden disabilities who face barriers to employment and require tailored support to develop employability skills, explore healthcare careers and progress towards training or sustainable employment.
