Before Opportunity I would only get 3 bags at harvest, but when Opportunity came I got 9 bags. My life has changed. Now because I save the money, when my children's school fees are due I can pay or when they are sick I can send them to the hospital.

Through our Roots of Change project, we aim to empower 12,000 women in Ghana and The DRC. We have and continue to provide gender awareness training to communities, equip women with knowledge to improve farm yields and efficiency and challenge norms.
- People with Disabilities
We increase economic empowerment and financial inclusion of 3,700 people living with disabilities. We create a safe, accessible banking environment, help them access loans/savings accounts and provide disability awareness and financial training.
- Children / Young People
We deliver education projects to children through school clubs and income generating activities. These teach about essential life and financial skills, to include sexual health and hygiene. Our recent focus has been on girls' education.
