Our History

  • Rooted deep within our Gloucestershire community for 40 years, we exist to improve its mental health by providing high-quality, affordable counselling. We also train the next generation of counsellors who are weaved into the fabric of county mental health networks.

Our Vision for a better future

  • “Talking therapy” plays a vital role in alleviating symptoms of poor mental health –such as depression, self-harm and addiction. We bridge the gap between limited statutory help and private therapy. Demand continue to soar. Local organisations refer directly into us, allowing people to access long-term mental health support close to home.
