CHSF seeks funds for INR blood testing kits, mobile ECG kits to monitor heart rhythms, and blood pressure monitfor patients treated at Leeds Congenital Heart Unit to use at home in their ongoing treatment. This equipment is not available on the NHS, as patients can come to hospital for tests. However, instead of attending sometimes lengthy appointments, patients can use equipment at home to send results instantly to hospital, taking control of their condition and shielding from Covid-19.
